Governance
Simple rules for how this project operates.
Maintainers review contributions. Decisions favor merging over gatekeeping. Disagreements are resolved by discussion in issues; if unresolved, maintainers decide. Don't like it? Fork freely.
Contributions
Contributions happen through GitHub. Open an issue to discuss an idea, submit a pull request to propose a change. No formal process beyond that.
Good contributions add clarity, fix errors, or extend research in directions aligned with the project's scope. We're not looking for volume; we're looking for signal.
What Gets Merged
- Corrections to factual errors
- Clarifications that improve understanding
- New research notes on in-scope topics
- References to relevant academic work
- Technical improvements to the site
What Doesn't
- Product promotions or vendor comparisons
- Content outside the project's scope
- Changes that add complexity without clear benefit
Forking
This is open source. If you want to take the ideas in a different direction, fork the repository. No permission needed, no hard feelings.
